Coming too much saliva while speaking,can't speak fluently as I did earlier, feel very low level of confidence during taking

Thanks for your query. The question is why is this happening. Are you taking any psychotropic medication which may be causing it? Proper assessment of the cause can inform treatment. There are medicines like glycopyrolate that can help with it. Please consult a physician/psychiatrist so that this can be looked into and managed.

Hello, you need to consult a speech therapist for your problem. After improvement of speech technique if low confidence or low mood persists you can always consult a psychiatrist
