Off late, from last 2-3 months, I have been facing some speech related issue. No mind and mouth coordination.. Can't express thoughts into words.. Stuttering..  Hurried speech.. No clarity or clear speech.. Tone and accent of speech is not appropriate..  pronunciation of words in sentence is difficult..  Listener finds tough to understand... Pls help
