Speech delay nd chewing problem

My daughter is 3 yrs old nd she is not communicating things the way like the other kids of her peer groups do. She can say all d alphabets,numerics etc but can't speak the complete sentence ( using only two words at a time ).she even can't say her name Nd she doesn't chew d food.she only takes semi solids nd used to swallow dem.plz assist me

Hi. How is her hearing? Needs full evaluation by Pediatrician and if needed Clinical psychologist. After that she may need speech therapy.
