My daughter was diagnosed with neonatal thrombocytopenia and then she recovered after 20 days. She is a very smart child, she is very intelligent, understands everything, Speaks a lot of words but she does not make a sentence on her own. We have been trying to make her talk but she is not talking. Her eating patterns are also not good, she eats very less and is towards lesser weight. we are both working and live in a nuclear family.

You have not mentioned cause of neonatal thrombocytopenia. I may be due to sepsis or immune mediated. But since your child did well in last year, I think  today's problem of less talking and gaining little weight has very less chance of association with thrombocytopenia in neonatal life. Kindly provide good family environment and good emotional support, nutritious diet. These may help to outgrow your kid's problem.
