Speaking problem

My son's is 3.5 yrs old but he can't speak properly. Please see attach pic. There is some disorder in his toung joint. Docs said that no need to operate when he was born but now i think its required.. plz suggest..

hello, Not being able to speak properly is due to Tongue-tie. you need to consult a pedodontist. He will be able to give you a proper treatment plan. Your son might be required to undergo a small surgical procedure related to the problem.

There is absolutely nothing to worry. A very small laser assisted surgery is all that is needed.. the tongue has an unusual attachment which needs to be released. Since he his in his formative years, I would advise you not to wait. Get a consultation immediately. Warm regards

Hi.. this is a clear case of tongue tie.. it definitely requires surgery that is tongue tie release surgery..
