Speaking feels effortful.

I feel I have some issue with my throat. Speaking feels effortful and voice cracks when I speak. I have to speak Loudly to keep the voice clear and stable. This in turn tires my throat quickly. I have to keep clearing my throat before I speak otherwise the voice doesn't come out clearly. Can someone tell me what exactly is wrong with the throat and how to cure it? I am taking it quite seriously since this subtle inefficiency affects of things in life.

Please meet an ENT Surgeon immediately. You are showing signs of Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Pharyngitis. Though symptoms are in your throat, the real culprit is hiding in your nose and sinuses. Get a CT scan of your nose & sinuses to help your doctor plan the right mode of treatment.
