From pat some days at approx 4 clock i in sleep speak or quickly sprang out with sound and actions, i do this in sleep but for some seconds

hi, speaking in sleep s common sometimes, but do u have regular night mares , do you sweat , increased heart rate , anxious then you have to consult doctor
