Hi Doctors, I have a 3 year old daughter.. she is active in everything but not talking any single word.. but she make sounds in her own way while playing.. and also if we say anything she don't understand the things properly I guess.. some things she understands like come here, don't do that or don't touch and all.. other things, we don't know whether she is understanding or she just ignoring.. like if I say her do this, get the remote or come will play this together.. she don't respond to all these, she just avoid and walk away from there.. Now my question is, I didn't take vitamincalcium supplements when I was pregnant... is that making a problem in her growth now? I am really worried about her.. and one more thing she just chew any food, she just swallows it and she never touch the food or water.. we need to feed her time to time.. she doesn't want to make it her own..
