Sparks of light and glares and Ghosting

I have terrible glares and floaters at the same time. Some times I notice a bright spark of moving light in my right eyes. Glass prescription : +0.25 cylindrical in both eyes. I have been to multiple retinal specialists and Opthalmologists in the last 1 month. Did OCTs and Optos, no abnormalities were found. I am getting panic ked please help. I also have ghost imaging of letters that are a bit far away.

Hi ..if multiple exams are showing everything is ok..then you should relax..theses are normal degenerative changes in eyes... Focus on other things in life.
