Which fingers should be used to calculate SPO2 level? My levels are fluctuating between 93-96. What can be done to increase it?

Spo 2 normally is around 98 percent .if less u should get a chest x Ray done and visit a pulmonologist for the same.  Any finger can be used ..index finger is usually reliable. Nail should not be having any nail paint. Keep it for a minute n take reading..

This much fluctuation is normal. You can use any finger . If you have any symptoms like cough cold fever or breathlessness then get a chest x ray done
