My ears are so sensitive, I feel pain while I clean them using ear buds. I feel and hear ringing sound as well in my ears. What to do?

You should never use ear buds or anything else in your ear, and you should never try to clean your by yourself, always get your ear cleaned by ENT doctor if needed. As far as the ringing sound in ear is concerned u need to get a proper consultation to diagnose and treat it and also get a pure tone audiometry done.
