There is problem with my ear..sound is coming from ear like light cooker whistle and am not to concentrate anything ...I consulted doctor and they cleaned all wax but still the sound is der don't know wat to do pls help me .

This is called tinnitus. Try to relax and ignore the sounds. If it continues beyond 2 weeks get an audiometry ( hearing test ) done.
