I have problem in my ear. Sound produced in my ear from past 5 years .But till now there is no loss of hearing ..The hearing is perfect..Is Tinnitus cause hearing loss hereafter?

there are many reasons for tinnitus. can be ruledout by proper histiory. there is no any relation between tinnitus and hearing loss and may not cause hearing loss in future also
