I am having sound in my left ear while putting any kind of pressure on it.some time sounds are not audible properly

Hi It is very normal to have sound in ear when pressure is applied to ear ,the abnormality lies when u get sound without application of pressure. So if symptoms are severe please consult an ENT SPECIALIST and get yourself examined and seek proper help. Regards
