The term light smoker or heavy smoker are for your mental satisfaction only. What matters to your body is whether you smoke or not. Going by the description that you have mentioned and considering your age, it seems that your wisdom teeth have inflammation around them and this condition is called as pericoronitis and the most appropriate treatment would be extraction of the offending teeth. And please understand that these suggestions are based on the description that you have mentioned and without a proper clinical evaluation of the case or even a look at the clinical picture of the affected area. It would be highly prudent that you could this habit immediately Before any Irreversible harmful damages begin to take shape. And you should consult a dentist as soon as possible for a proper clinical evaluation of your symptoms so that the right treatment can be suggested to you immediately. Regards
