Good day sir I have a problem on my pennies tip urithera get sores and inflammation ..when after sex or masterbation .last year octber 2022 I had protection sex with sex worker at Dubai.then I had a lot of test is neagriva last tes was June 15 2023 I had a all STD test as by a  two doctor that's laso neagtive ..but when I doing sex with my partenr I had burning sensation ..same my wife also...any solution for that
