Sore tongue and burning mouth kind

Dear Doctor, myself suffering from sore tongue and bumps on it. Feeling burning sensation and thirsty and dry mouth. Recently started gargle with hot water and salt and steam tablet vapour 2-3 times. Please advise remedy for this problem. Here I am attaching some pictures of tongue. Thanks

Consult Now
Stop hot water gargles. Do only warm salt water gargling. Apply Zytee gel twice daily over raw surfaces. Take capsule Cobadex forte once daily. Have plenty of leaffy vegetables and fresh fruits regularly.
