It's been a day since I have sore throat and tonsils ...I took azithral 500 along with levocetrizine last evening...on an usual basis azithral subsides my tonsillitis completely but it's been a day and no improvement is there...it may be because of levocetrizine that I took along with azithral 500 .please tell the exact dosage of medicine and if any medicine needs to be taken along with it...I have slight fever as well..
