Sore throat with cough & sneezing
My 3 yr old daughter is suffering from cough since first week of march.She recovered in between but again same problem had started that too mostly during night while sleeping.She is not able to sleep.she is having dry cough problem.We have given 2.5 ml of Respidyne-D syrup twice a day but its not effective.She is not having fever or any other allergy too.
kindly suggest.

Cough at night without fever and recurring usually are due to allergies and reaction of lung to it.You should give levolin syp 2.5ml thrice a day fr 3 days along with syp Allegra 5 ml twice a day for 3 days it should subside .
