Hello.... For throat infection you may need antibiotics ... Gargle with salt water, use warm water ... Take steam inhalation for cold ...avoid oily foods ,ice cream ,outside food items , consult general physician in the nearest hospital ,after examination doctor will prescribe antibiotics...
