Sir i am suffering from 1-2 years sore throat when i take azithromycin 500  2-3 days i get relief white yellow patches will be disappeared after 1 months again started Just white patches no pain no fever please let me know what should i do i am smoker 2-3 cigarette daily

Multivitamin will help. Avoid cold food. Betadine Gargle you can do.
