Hi i have throat issue pls check the pic which i attacked i took this image from google bt situation is simikar m also avoid cool stuff pls suggest some medicine

It's looks like LPR ( LARYNGOPHARYNGEAL REFLUX) U need to avoid Spicy Food, empty stomach tea or coffee, duration between dinner nd sleep to be more than 3 hrs
