Sore throat of my child

Sir I am from Assam my son is 3.2 yrs old from last few days he was having fever I gave him Calpol 120 mg 7ml thrice fir two.days . Now he recovered from fever but he is not willing to eat food and he has I think sore throat and he also have some rash in his back. What should I do sir. As it's Corona time I don't want take him to doctor outside. Please help me sir

Check his fever Give him plenty of water

Don't worry He will start eating in a day or two. Don't give him fried and sour things Practice social distancing for corona Keep him indoors
