Sore throat is mostly due to upper respiratory tract infections (common cold), gastric reflux, gastritis etc. Treatment of sore throat: 1) Warm saline/2% betadine gurgle thrice daily. 2) Tab Pantoprazole + Domperidone combination like PANTOP DSR to take once daily before meal for 1 week. 3) Drink plenty water. 4) Avoid cold food or beverage, spicy and oily food. Leg pain can due to many reasons which will need detail history and maybe investigations to reach to conclusion as to what is the reason for the pain? For now what u can do about it is: 1) Avoid straining. 2) Tab TRAMADOL 50mg SOS for pain relief. For further information and management you can consult me anytime. Take care and stay safe.
