Sore throat
Iam facing this issue since yesterday.irritating sore throat almost burning like accompanied by cough and little cold.

A burning sore throat with cough and mild cold since yesterday is most likely a viral upper respiratory tract infection, which is very common. Viral sore throats usually resolve on their own within 5â7 days with supportive care. Warm salt water gargles and steam inhalation can give good relief. However, if you develop high fever, difficulty swallowing, white patches in the throat, or no improvement in 3â4 days, it may need antibiotic treatment.
