I've have a sore throats and it's kind of swelling and has white stuff on it

You seem to be looking at whitish debris over tonsils which is not really abnormal. If you don't have any symptoms such as throat pain and difficulty in swallowing then you need not worry about it. If you have such symptoms then you may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antiseptic mouth gargle for
