I m suffering from sore throat and high fever. I m taking azithromycin with paracetamol but last night i felt pain in my chest.It was so painful that i can't even move and the pain is in one place only.  After 10minutes it vanishes completely but this is happening repeatedly.

Hope it was recommended by a qualified doctor. Or else it amounts to self medication. Risky for you.
