I have this sore throat since afternoon does I have throat infection .what to do . actually I have infection in throat last month too I am afraid that it came back may it be due to dust cause I was cleaning house today and I am a bit allergic to dust

You may be having a combination of reflux and allergy. Avoid oily, spicy, fried foods and go to an ENT to get it checked properly and to get a prescription of medication.
