  4. Sore throat. The time. please suggest.

Sore throat

I have sore throat by taking medicine it goes but usually i touch my  uvula again and again and due to  which I again feel irritation in my throat.It is possible it is due to this reason or my sore throat is come back.I don't have fever at all but feel irritation all the time. Please suggest.
