I had infection that caused sore throat. Had amoxcyllin 500 mg twice a day for 5 days. It recurred after 4 days and now I have been prescribed modcef. It is my 8th day of medication and I still have red bumps on the back of my tongue and pain under ears if i press that area. How long will it take for bumps to clear. Though the pain associated with swallowing has disappeared.

Could you drop in to my clinic & let me examine you so that I may understand why your issue has not resolved completely despite more than a week of therapy with multiple antibiotics?
