I've been having sore throat since yesterday. today I realized that it got worse, especially on my ears, they are kind of blocked. Later today I took a flight for 1.5 hours, and my left ear gotten worse, it feels like I could hear 10% on the left side.

You seem to be suffering from viral upper respiratory tract infection with eustachian tube dysfunction which has worsened due to air travel. You may need to take anti cold medicines and decongestant nasal drops for few days for faster recovery
