Hi doctor , I have been suffering from sore throat about 2 weeks I could feel a mild pain while swallowing saliva or fluids and I am coughing one or two times while start to sleep , I have used salt water gargle and honey also but remains same I could feel cold in my throat daily morning while waking up my throat filled with mucus

You need antibiotic, and antihistamine. Betadine gargle will be good. Avoid cold food, masala food

Start antibiotics and antihistamines. But the prolonged condition could be due to underlying allergies. Get evaluated by an ENT consultant.
