Hi doctor , I have been suffering from sore throat about 2 weeks I could feel a mild pain while swallowing saliva or fluids and I am coughing one or two times while start to sleep , I have used salt water gargle and honey also but remains same I could feel cold in my throat daily morning while waking up my throat filled with mucus
