May b infection of tonsil or surrounding tissue need a pic and consultation, white patch like thing may b pre cancerous called as leukoplakia

Thanks for your question.you have not mentioned laterality and whether associated with fever common cold etc ..if yes..then may be tonsillitis and if no then possibly keratosis pharyngis ..Needs history and photographs as well to come to a working diagnosis and accordingly medications.
