If the lesion is at the back of the mouth, it would be prudent to visit an ENT specialist or and otorhinolaryngologist for a proper clinical examination to arrive at the right diagnosis of your problem.
The right treatment can be instituted only after the right diagnosis has been made.
Warm saline gargles can be of some help as a simple remedy but may not provide complete cure.
