2.5 years old german shepherd, healthy and vaccinated. No other comorbidity or symptoms. However I saw this pink pimple near his mouth(one side only). Is this something to be concerned about? Kindly suggest

It could be some bacterial infection sometimes even happens because of bad tarter teeth as well Papules? Small growth ? Cuts ? Can lead to this Needs closer physical exam and further investigations
