Sore or pus like bump near anus

I have this sore and bump which oozes out itself and comes . Some months ago I had it with fever but it got well itself by oozing out the pus itself. It come and goes . I am 19 years old and can't go anywhere due to covid . I am afraid of something serious .

Seems like a anal fistula Start using laxatives to stop stagnation of stool And regular sitx bath with Luke warm water Plenty oral fluids with high fiber diet

It's Anal fistula. Not to panic Till covid try with antibiotics and analgesic and clean area and dry
