My son I'll from last 2 days, he is 2.5 years old, he is having, running nose, cough and he is not eating enything, whatever he eats he cough and vomit all the foods which he consumed. He is drowsy all the time.

Is he actually drowsy? The viral illness we are seeing these days is taking a toll on children and they are getting drained. Please make sure you are able to maintain hydration . If he is not eating, at least he should be drinking ORS and passing urine once every 6 hours.
