Son born on 20 january...not pooping
Son was born on 20 Jan...till 22 Jan he was pooping well...after that till now he hasn't pooped but urinating 7 times a day..passing gas well...sleeping well..gaining 40 grms per day..no distended stomach...active also...it's been more than a week still not pooped despite giving expressed b.m and b.m well and pediatrician stimulated rectally twice...27th jan and 29th Jan...kindly help

How many times are you feeding the baby at night? If you are feeding at least three times at night then there will be more chances of child pooping because generally the baby digest breastmilk better so if the above signs which you have mentioned are not present, then there is nothing to worry, but still, I would suggest you to visit your pediatrician for a physical evaluation

Of baby’s abdomen distending or baby vomiting then go for examination and investigation
Give adequate feeding and then baby routine will stabilised after 1 month
If persistent issue then definitely go for investigation if required rectal stimulation
