Hi ,my one week old baby born at 35 weeks poop 10-15 times a day and is having hiccups after feeding ,please suggest

No problem if baby is passing adequate urine.
If baby is active and playful, no fever, passing adequate urine ie. minimum 6-8 times per day, then no need to worry for motion
( once in 7 days or 15 times
per day- both conditions normal.
