Kindly visit a pedodontist. Swelling is due to infection and pus formation... Depending on child's clinical conditions and xray, antibiotic therapy along with pus drainage if sinus opening is there and pulpectomy  (root canal ) &cap or extraction followed by space maintainer will be given
Next Steps
visit a pedodontist. get an xray done. based on your xray and clinical situation above treatments can be carried out

Please visit a Pedodontist as soon as possible.. Babies don't have much resistance and swelling spread fast in them.. spreading can be dangerous though only from a tooth!

Please visit a pedodontist as soon as possible so that the right treatment can be started for your child as soon as possible. Milk teeth are very important for maintaining the integrity of oral tissues as well as for perfect alignment of the permanent teeth that are supposed to erupt after some years. Extraction will not be the preferred treatment choice. Regards.
