Hi My son is 2.5 years old 4 days back on 1st February evening We were in car and due to sudden break, my little one fell down in car and got hurt on his lips Two cuts on lips he got and he was rushed to the hospital and nothing was major. And cuts are fine now. Since then he isn't eating much. And today 6 february at 4am He is having 100 fever. (no cough, no cold) Is it becuase of falling? I am little concerned. He is active and playing

Give pcm , go for physical examination as it is not due to fall unless there is any infection or pus formation at site of injury If child is playful then no issue

Hii He may be having pain for the same for which he is having fever. Kindly give Paracetamol syrup dose as advised ( requires weight of the child) to relieve his pain and simultaneously fever, three times a day for 2 days.
