Hello I would like to say if this is what you found in the diaper of a newborn baby(birth to 28 days) I would reassure you coz its just urate crystals in urine probably coz of inadequate feeding. Just increase the frequency of feeding your child if you are breastfeeding If the child is on formula milk check if you are diluting it according to instructions on the pack and increase the quantity of feeds a bit more. If the same thing has happened in the later age the child might need some evaluation so you should consult a pediatrician in that case.
Next Steps
just increase the feeding quantity and frequency and observe for the change
