Hi , I was diagnosed with bladder outlet obstruction or bladder neck obstruction last year after cystoscopy and urodynamic. This main reason they told is hypertonic sphrincter activity. I am unmarried , so no treatment option was provided at this age and I took alpha blocker and backlofen for 6 months - 1 yr .but the flow was same not much improvement and it had much side effects. I have done kub ,abdomen and creatinine is normal and no kidney stones or structure. 1.Is there any treatment available at this age? 2.can we feel pain kidney pain on left side upper abdomen after urination or some time straining or it can be muscle pain?
