Sometimes ek side nasal not working

I am keyur, I have a problem regarding nose. Sometimes one side nasal, mostly left side nasal not working properly as can't take breathing properly. After sometime it's recover automatically. I don't have cold or cough. And it's happening mostly daily morning and it became dry. So for a sometime I can't take breath properly one side only. So is this any disease? Or anything serious? Any medicine for this? Please help me on this. Thank you.

It may be because of deviated nasal septum. please get done physical examination once for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment

One sided nasal blockage at your age usually because of deviated nasal septum, nothing to worry. It will be better diagnosed with physical examination
