Can someone please tell what is this and should I see the dermatologist as I am having soo much of hairfall and my scalp is very itching.

Hi This is seborrhoeic dermatitis which is caused by an yeast. Whenever the equilibrium between the body and yeast is disturbed it results in dandruff. Medicines and shampooes are available for treatment. there is no cure and maintenance therapy is needed.
