I dont know whats on my tobgue, i just observe this for 3 days and its first time for me, is it serious? What can i do to prevent this? :( pls help me know

Hi. Observing the first picture, appears as fissured tongue, where u seen fissures in the tongue, reason is unknown for this. 2nd picture shows hyperplastic papillary,  where different papilla present on the tongue surface like fungi form n circumvallate papilla showing hyperplastic features.
Next Steps
Use tongue cleaner. Nothing you worry unless any pain or infection.
