If it is increasing, becoming red ..then will require excision ..else you can wait and watch.

Sir it's what we call Pterygium. If it's progressing and encroaching towards the pupil then you can opt for surgical procedure of Pterygium excision with autograft. If it's stationary and non progressive or if not causing any trouble like frequent redness in eye or irritation in eye then leave it as it is.
