From 2 days I was feeling something as like when the skin gets burn after drinking very hot drink. Today I saw this reddish layer inside part of my lips. What is this?

It’s the aftermath of drinking the hot drink. Most probably. Burns on soft parts of mouth appear red or with mild whites coverings and later slowly heal.
