It is a fracture of multiple fragments in the femur. Well done job by the surgeon. Fracture will take more time to heal than simple fracture. Seems due to early mobility, one screw at the lower side got loose. Avoid mobility of weight bearing on the leg. Let the fracture unite. Regularly visit the operating surgeon for follow up.

Distally one screw is coming back out . Which may require intervention. If fracture is not healing on followup , you may require bone grafting or revision fixation . Keep follow up with operating surgeon .
