Hi. What is axillary breast cancer? Theres have tumor or lump inside the breast? Or only in under arms?
Breast cancer can arise any where with in the breast tissue...sometimes the tumor might be very near to armpit ...or

There is no separate term as axillary breast cancer
It is treated as breast cancer after confirmation with biopsy report

Axillary breast cancer, may refer to either the location of a cancerous lump in the breast, in the corner towards the armpit. Or it may refer to a metastatic node in the armpit or underarms. Please share your concern in further detail to get appopriate advise

Basically breast can arise from four quadrant of breast, but most commonly it arises from right upper outer quadrant.
Lump in this quadrant is felt as axillary mass sometimes.
Next Steps
Two investigations:
1.Bilateral breast sonomammography
2.If lump is suspicious then biopsy.
Once biopsy proven then consult cancer specialist.

Bilateral breast sonomammography once in a year after 40 years is recommended for all female.
